CONTENT PRODUCTION
Content Production
The shows and live events you’ve been meaning to launch. Properly produced.
Almost every founder we’ve spoken to in the last two years has considered starting a podcast. Some have a running programme of webinars that never quite gets the traction it should. A few have bought the microphone and made the slide deck, but never pressed record or sent the invite. The ideas are good. What’s missing is the production layer that turns an idea into something people actually watch or listen to.
Podcast Production
Launching a podcast properly is a full production job. Recording quality that doesn’t make listeners switch off in the first thirty seconds. Editing that cuts the ums and the dead air without flattening the conversation. Cover art built for both Apple and Spotify. Intro music, outro music, chapter markers, show notes, transcripts, RSS feed submitted to every platform that matters. And somehow also promoting the thing so real people listen. You bring the conversation. We build everything around it.
What’s included
Pre-launch strategy
Format, target listener, cadence, topics. A podcast that launches strong and dies after six episodes is worse than not having one, so we plan the first season properly before any recording happens.
Branding and setup
Cover art sized for every platform, intro and outro music, show description, metadata, hosting account, RSS feed configured and submitted to Spotify, Apple, YouTube, Pocket Casts, and Overcast.
Recording
In person, remote through Riverside, video or audio-only. We can handle the session or hand you a setup and let you run it yourself, depending on what works.
Editing and post-production
Full audio cleanup. Filler word removal without making the conversation sound mechanical. Levelling, music, chapter markers, sound design when the format calls for it. Seven to ten days per episode, depending on complexity.
Distribution and publishing
Episodes go live on your hosting platform. Show notes written for search. Transcripts generated. Nothing left half-done.
Promotion
Social clips for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok. Audiograms. Email templates. Assets for guests so they actually share the episode when it drops.
Host coaching
If you’ve never hosted before, we’ll run practice sessions and work through pacing, interview structure, and not sounding like you’re reading off a script.
Ongoing strategy
Monthly review of downloads, listener retention, which episodes are working, what to double down on.
Who this works for
Service businesses building authority in a space where everyone else is running the same generic content. A podcast is harder to fake than a blog post, which is exactly why it works.
Founders who want to open doors. Interviewing someone is one of the best networking tools around, and you get content out of every conversation.
Companies with strong subject matter expertise but no visible way to show it off. Your team knows things. A podcast is how the market sees that.
Anyone who’s been “about to launch” for longer than six months.
Webinar Production
Running a webinar looks easy from the outside. Present slides for 40 minutes, take some questions, done. In practice, it’s actually six weeks of work compressed into one hour of live content. Landing pages, registration flows, reminder emails, slide design that doesn’t look like it was built in 2014, tech that doesn’t fall apart halfway through, live production, follow-up sequences, replay pages, and the repurposing that turns one webinar into a month of content. The content is yours. Everything else is ours.
What’s included
Strategy and planning
What the webinar is for. Leads, pipeline, customer education, thought leadership. Different goals need different formats, and skipping this step is how businesses end up with a 45-minute slide deck that converts nobody.
Registration pages and email sequences
Landing page built to convert. Confirmation emails. Reminder sequences the day before and the hour before — often the difference between mediocre and strong attendance.
Slide and asset design
Full deck design from scratch or polish of what you already have. Polls, handouts, Q&A prompts, whatever interactive elements make sense for the format.
Platform setup and tech
Zoom, Demio, Restream, Riverside, or whatever you’re running. Branding, permissions, polls, Q&A config, backup streams if something goes wrong.
Run of show
The document that tells everyone involved what happens and when. No scrambling mid-event because nobody confirmed who was handling chat.
Live production support
Someone from our team on the call behind the scenes. Handling polls, managing the chat, launching Q&A, dealing with the inevitable tech hiccup. You focus on presenting.
Post-event follow-up
Replay page, gated or open depending on strategy. Thank-you email for attendees. Separate sequence for no-shows. CRM updates, lead scoring, sales handoff if that’s part of the flow.
Repurposing
The live event becomes an evergreen replay, short clips for LinkedIn and YouTube, a blog post or email series, and a podcast episode if the format fits.
Recurring programmes
One-off webinars work. Monthly or quarterly programmes compound. Same time slot, same format, same host. Registrations usually climb each month because your audience starts expecting it.
Who this works for
B2B companies selling complex products where buyers need education before they’ll book a call.
SaaS businesses that want a scalable way to demo their product without tying up the sales team on every call.
Consultancies and professional services firms building authority in a specific market.
Customer success teams running onboarding, training, or upskilling for existing clients.
Anyone who’s tried to run a webinar internally and realised it ate three weeks of someone’s time for one hour of live content.
